Order list in a SmartTable with payment and fulfillment status

The Orders tab lists all orders in a SmartTable.
Columns
- Order number: the order name/number
- Created date
- Customer: customer name
- Payment status: paid, pending, refunded, partially refunded, voided, or authorized (colored badges)
- Fulfillment status: fulfilled, partial, or unfulfilled (colored badges)
- Total: order total with currency
- Items: number of line items
- Email: customer email (hidden by default)
All columns are sortable and filterable. Click Sync to refresh from the Shopify API.
