Scope: The app requests access to Gmail via OAuth 2.0 at scope https://mail.google.com/

Data Accessed: Full Gmail mailbox access including reading, composing, sending, and permanent deletion capabilities.

Usage: Email client functionality within the app, including display, sending, organizing, and synchronizing Gmail actions.

Sharing: No selling or sharing with third parties except service providers under confidentiality agreements, legal requirements, or mergers/acquisitions.

Storage & Protection: Email processed locally when possible; limited server caching uses TLS encryption, strong encryption at rest, and OS-level credential storage.

Retention: Cached data retained maximum 90 days unless actively used; deleted within 30 days upon termination; backups removed within 90 days. Users can revoke access via Google Account settings or request deletion at support@rightplace.app.
