• One-shot site reports. The app can now pull many metrics in a single request instead of one at a time, so health reports and dashboards assemble noticeably faster.

Improvements

• Lighter on every page load. Visit tracking now writes to the database after the page has finished rendering, and records each unique view with a single efficient write, so measuring traffic adds almost nothing to your visitors’ load times.
• Disk and database size charts never slow your site. These figures are measured in the background on a schedule instead of while you wait, so opening them is instant and cannot time out on large sites.
• Cleaner numbers. A wider net for bots, headless browsers, and uptime monitors keeps automated traffic out of your pageview and visitor counts.
• The plugin keeps its own data tidy. Traffic tables trim themselves once the daily summaries are in place, and connection logs are capped, so the plugin’s footprint in your database stays small.

• Inactive-users report works everywhere. Fixed a report that could fail to load on some MySQL and MariaDB configurations.

• Full-site backup and restore. The plugin can hand the app a complete copy of your site’s database, streamed in safe chunks, and rebuild it on restore. Large sites back up and restore without timing out.
• Safe restores. Restored data is staged alongside your live site and swapped in one table at a time, so a failed or interrupted restore never leaves your site half-updated.
• Automatic rollback. If a restore does not finish cleanly, the plugin puts your original tables back exactly as they were.

Improvements

• Links stay correct across sites. When you restore a backup onto a different URL, internal links, image paths, and saved settings are rewritten safely, including data stored in serialized form.
• Cleaner restores. Temporary tables and files left over from a restore are cleaned up automatically.

Fixes

• RightPlace page categories (the folders used to organize your pages) are now internal to the app. SEO plugins like Yoast, Rank Math, and All in One SEO no longer detect them, list them in their settings, or add them to your sitemap.
• No change to how you work: page categories still behave exactly as before inside RightPlace.
